Orders may be cancelled for a full refund more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup, provided production has not begun.

Personalized and custom orders become non-refundable once production has begun.

Within 48 hours of pickup

Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Setups

Installation and setup booking policies are handled separately when you book.
