Returns & refunds

Balloons are perishable and custom pieces are made for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a shop selling shelf goods.

Paying

Regular pickup orders are paid in full at checkout.

Something wrong with your order

Incorrect or damaged orders should be reported as soon as possible and within 24 hours so we can make it right. Call or text (516) 308-4063, or email hello@justpoppinballoonbar.com.

Uncollected orders

Uncollected orders are held through the end of the next open business day. Because balloons are perishable, we cannot guarantee float time or condition after the scheduled pickup.
