What we collect

When you order or join our list, we collect your name, email, phone number, and, if you join the Birthday Club, your birthday and the names and birthdays of any family members you choose to add. Family birthdays come from the adult who joins, never from a child.

What we do with it

Fulfil your order, contact you about it, and if you've opted in, send you occasional emails. That's all.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services that make the shop run: Square, which processes our orders and payments, and our email provider.

Text messages

If you sign up for texts, at checkout or in the shop, we send occasional messages about offers, events and new arrivals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Signing up is never required to buy anything.

We never sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with anyone for their marketing. Square sends our texts for us and uses your number only to deliver them.

Payments

Card details go directly to Square. We never see or store your card number.
